Historical information:
On 11/10/21 Twin Falls SIU worked with US Marshalls Office to arrested wanted fugitive Fabian Clark.
SIU conducted surveillance of an address Clark was followed to.
Clark was arrested from a traffic stop in a vehicle driven by Diana Reyna, with a meth pipe next to him.
SIU went back to the Glen Brook Rd residence and searched his street side parked vehicle, 2002 Maroon
GMC Yukon, incident to a K-9 alert.
During the search SIU recovered a safe containing approximately 200 grams of meth, 900 blue fentanyl
pills, $4,000, and a loaded firearm.
Doerr monitored Clark’s recorded jail communications (calls, videos, and text messages).
Diana Reyna has possession of two of Clark’s cell phones. An Apple iPhone and another phone.
The pass codes for the phones are:

Clark instructs them to give Yogi (Jose ULN) his part back, $400. And for Ortega and Reyna to split the
rest. $700 for Ortega and $700 for Reyna. Ortega and Reyna are cousins and haven’t been speaking until
lately. Clark stated that when he was arrested he had money given to him by Reyna his possession.
From these communications it is believed Fabian Clark is conspiring to further his drug selling criminal
activity.

Clark’s “main man from Mexico”: Juanito Usias, or Juanito Uria Clark states that he speaks to him
through Messenger on his cell phone.
Tata: (Grandfather or other term of endearment for older male): Arturo Nevarez (he may use the last
names of Rasa or Latusa or use Rafita Nevarez). Cell Phone number: Lives in AZ.
Monica Garcia: Monica went to AZ on 11/29/21 to meet with Tata and drove back home being carful to
not get stopped by the highway patrol. Monica was with Carlos (ULN) for a bit.
Monica was fronted 3000. 1000 will go to Connie Ortega and 2000 sent to Diana Reyna.

Diana Reyna (Prima) Clark’s cousin: lives at Twin Falls. Cell phone number:
Reyna’s husband is Alan Fife. Fife uses the moniker “Gizmo”. Fife is currently in prison.
Lacey Longfellow (Clark’s baby momma): Cell phone number Longfellow lives in Yuma,
AZ. Clark and Longfellow have a child together named Emma.
Yogi (Jose ULN): Yogi was in Twin Falls with Clark at the time of his arrest. Yogi drives a black Mercury
Mountaineer- likely changed his number, fled back to Yuma, with a skinny white girl with
crooked teeth (little bit)
