Resolution:
Other dispatchers note that this can happen but too infrequently to track down. It doesn't seem to be
anything other than random and typically exiting and reopening CAD seems to work. once every few
months or so is about the reported frequency. Just seems like when it happens, the machine didn't
update/refresh until CAD is restarted.

I talked about it with Tami. We are going to watch this for a bit and see if it continues to be an issue. The
servers were restarted last week. No configurations were changed. Please let us know if this continues.
It's intermittent at least right now, nothing of note to say why it does it sometimes and not others.

LAST NIGHT, THE NIGHT SHIFT DISPATCHERS REOPENED INCIDENT # 2311060152, THEY HEARD THE
BELL LIKE THE CALL REOPENED BUT COULD NOT SEE IT ON THEIR SCREENS. THIS MORNING WHEN I
ARRIVED AND TOOK OVER POLICE, I ASKED ABOUT THE CALL THAT WAS OPEN ON THE BOARD FROM

THE NIGHT BEFORE. THEY ADVS THAT IT DISAPPEARED FOR THEM, HOWEVER, I COULD SEE IT AND
THEY COULD NOT.
TODAY I ATTEMPTED TO REOPEN INCIDENT # 2311060122, (WHICH WE HAD REOPENED AT LEAST 2 OR
MORE TIMES ALREADY TODAY) AND I HEAD THE BELL BUT NOTHING SHOWED UP. I HAD TO
COMPLETELY LOG OUT OF CAD AND BACK IN TO SEE IT SO I COULD DISPATCH IT ON THE OFFICER.
LOGGING OUT OF CAD MAY NOT SEEM LIKE A BIG DEAL BUT IT DOES TAKE A FEW MINUTES, AND WITH
ONLY TWO OF US IN HERE, IF THE PHONES GO CRAZY THAT COULD BE BAD.
