Sorry for the delay in response. Crazy crazy busy. I’ve been able to make everything work. The phone app
is still a little glitchy, but is manageable. As far as the computer based website I am always logged onto
the supervisor portal so I don’t use the normal employee site. All in all things are working. Thank you for
your help with this matter.

First issue: Using the new TCP app on my phone. It will not let me add a time off request. I start the
process and the app kicks out and defaults back to the dashboard. This also happens when I’m clocking
in and do not hit my job code fast enough.
Second Issue: Using the computer based TCP. I will not allow me to add a time off request. My name
and employee number are not in the choices for employee. If I manually enter it the program tells me it is
an invalid entry.
