The Parks and Recreation Department's response to the Special Event Permit that was submitted
indicated that "This event does not occur in/impact a Park facility." A "Park Use Permit" was
not issued. The Police Department should have a copy of the Special Use Permit that was
submitted with comments from the Parks Department.
