It shall be the duty of the person doing the work authorized by a permit to notify the Inspection Department that such work is ready to be inspected a minimum of four hours before the inspection is desired. The inspection card shall be on the job with approved plans. Any time an inspection is performed and work has commenced beyond a required inspection, a Stop Work Order will be issued until it can be certified that it meets the Uniform Building Code. Any request for an inspection which is not ready at the time re- quested may be assessed a re-inspection fee of $15 . 00 each. No building or structure of Group A, E, I , H, B or R, Division 1 Occupancy, shall be used or occupied, and no change in the existing occupancy classification of a building or structure or portion thereof shall be made until the building official has issued a Certificate of Occupancy.
