All salary amounts provided are for FY 23-24.
The kinds and levels chart identifies job titles, and the 23-24 salary table will show the ranges for
each position. The Sworn Police and Fire Salary table attachments break down the pay tied
specifically to those roles.
Our current job Titles designated as Exempt Salaried Positions are: City Manager, Deputy City

Engineer II, Environmental Manager, Planning and Zoning Director, Senior Planner, Economic
Development Director, Human Resources Director, Risk Manager, Information Technology
Communication Manager, GIS Manager, Information Security Engineer, Network Engineer, Building
O?icial, Chief Financial O?icer, Assistant Finance Director, Finance Accountant, Budget
Coordinator, Airport Manager, Public Works Director, Assistant Public Works Director, Water
Superintendent, Streets Superintendent, Wastewater Collections Superintendent, Parks and

The City Manager’s current salary is: $8,692.30 bi-weekly
We are currently going through our budget approval process, and have proposed a 3% table move,
that if approved would go into e?ect on October 1, 2024 for FY 24-25.
