Subject: Construction Approval Extension—Vista Rims Townhomes Subdivision
Dear Mr.Vawser:
The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality(DEQ) received a request from you on September 13,
2023,for a one-year construction approval extension for the subject project. DEQ previously approved
plans and specifications for construction of the subject project on July 14, 2021.The purpose of this
letter is to provide DEQ's approval extension for the project ending September 14, 2024. If construction
is not completed by this expiration date, plans and related documents may need to be resubmitted to
DEQ for review and approval before further construction may continue.Approval conditions listed in the
original DEQ approval letter dated July 14, 2021, continue to apply to the project.
