Jon,
We had to change to the Simpson AT-XP epoxy due to the base material temperature being below 40 degrees F at the
time of application in the cold pool room. The AT-XP is actually stronger than the SET epoxy and the AT-XP can be used
at temperatures down to 14 degrees F.

Looks like they used a different epoxy than was what specified by Gary Bowlin. Can you please reach out to Mr. Bowlin
and see if he will approve this product.
