The Commission/tbuntil has attached the following conditions which must be
fully implemented to avoid permit revocation (City Code 10-13-2.3)
1) Sidewalk be�-constructed on Elizabeth Boulevard
2) Parking area,to be paved.
3) Landscaping to comply with current Code requirements.
4) Phase I only is approved (3 indoor tennis courts)
5) The tennis building is to be painted in a reasonably attractive manner consistent
with e existing, structure i ui M cin er block.
