On November 18, 2016, a building permit was secured for the pool room roof repair located at
1751 Elizabeth Blvd, Twin Falls, ID 83301.
This letter is to serve as a Certificate of Completion that the pool room roof repair was
constructed under and in conformity with the 2012 International Building Code, as adopted by
the City of Twin Falls and per Twin Falls City Zoning Code.
***Please note, an alteration in the future is the responsibility of the owner and will require the
purchase of another building permit.
