Hi Christy. Your question about using the upstairs depends upon what the previous use was and
what the owner wants to use it for. I would recommend having the owner reach out to me and I
can go through some scenarios with them. The 1 st floor was most recently used as a
barbershop/salon, and before that it was Guppie's Hot Rod Grill, Kelly's Cafe, and Speck's
Cafe. The current allowed use would be a B (officeibusiness)type occupancy. Anything other
than that may require a new certificate of occupancy.
I don't have any information on the upstairs. I'd be happy to walk the space with you and the
owner to see what is existing.
