Re: Special Use Permit Request
Dear Applicant;
At its Tuesday, May 14, 2024, regularly scheduled public meeting the Twin Falls Planning & Zoning Commission
approved, as presented, a Special Use Permit for the purpose of a Special Use Permit for an indoor recreational

facility on property located at 163 3 Ave S, subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of this zoning request does not preclude the applicant from obtaining the required
permits and/or licenses needed to complete the project.
2. Subject to site plan amendments as required by Building, Engineering, Fire and Zoning Officials to
comply with applicable City Codes and Standards.
City Code 10-13-2.2 (K) states...” when a Special Use Permit is approved on the condition that certain
improvements be made to the subject property, no permit shall be issued until the applicant has provided proof
that the conditions have been complied with; if the applicant fails to provide proof of compliance within six (6)
months of approval, the Special Use Permit shall be void.”
Once the conditions listed above have been met please contact the Planning & Zoning Department for final
verification of compliance. Upon final approval the Special Use Permit will be signed by the Planning & Zoning
Department and sent to you for your records.
Enclosed is a copy of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Decisions along with a copy of your special use
permit. This statement establishes the legal basis for the Twin Falls Planning & Zoning Commission’s decision to
approve your request. If you have any questions about the Findings or the Special Use Permit, please do not
