Please review and complete as soon as possible. 1 Requestor: Brian Hilverda Request Details: 1. Any and all records relating to Special Use Permit Application (PZ24-0033). By this, we request any related documents, notes, forms, videos, recordings, emails, letters, text messages, records of phone calls, and/or any other form of communication related to the application, the applicants. This includes, but is not limited to, phone records, text messages, recordings between any city employee, commission or council member, and the applicants/affected parties, their agents, counsel, etc., even if stored on personal devices or sent from personal email addresses. 2. Any and all records relating to appealing decisions of the Planning and Zoning Commission. This includes, but is not limited to, all ordinances, code sections, forms, internal communications, procedures, and training materials for Planning and Zoning employees regarding the appeal process. 3. Any and all procedures, policies, training materials, rules, regulations, ordinances, laws, etc. relating to communicating with parties to an appeal. 4. Any and all phone recordings of call made or received by Jody Green between May 14, 2024 and June 7, 2024. 5. Any and all records relating to the City accepting any application, fee, form, appeal, other document after the deadline for such has passed, regardless of whether or not any extension is granted. 6. Any and all records relating to the City denying any application, fee, form, appeal, other document after the deadline for such has passed, regardless of whether or not any extension is granted. 7. Any and all procedures, policies, training materials, rules, regulations, ordinances, laws, etc. relating to granting extensions of time for any filings or fees after the deadline for such has passed.
