I received your voicemail, and I don't have any further update at this moment. I have transferred all the
information we received to our City Attorney(Bruce Castleton)for him to review. He and I will be
meeting on Monday to discuss the issue and I expect to deliver you some determinations a day or so
after that. For the sake of maintaining clear communication amongst all of us, I have cc'd Bruce on this
email.
