CLASSIC CONSTRUCTION 1 .T PPPPP t Elmo I Brent Devin Koyle Carpenter Owner Owner Debra - Kambree Searle Watson Office Manager Contract Administrator Seth John Koyle Olson Safety Director Estimator Quality Quality Koyle's Classic Construction strives for the highest quality. In order to achieve the highest quality, we have our owners and superintendents attend all coordinating meetings to be involved in each aspect of the project. Quality Assurance This is best achieved from day one of the project. For elite quality assurance, Koyle's Classic Construction will have precision when looking at budgets, designs, schedule, and all other aspects of pre-construction. No stone will be left unturned. This attention to detail will lead to a clearer vision of what the project will look like, what it will cost, and how long it will take. This information will be presented clearly to the stakeholders, design leads, subcontractors, and community members. Quality Control This is best achieved by ensuring that all documents and plans are followed with exactness. There will be daily supervision and frequent quality control inspections to ensure that the design, cost, schedule and quality are exceeded. KOYLE' S n • CLASSIC CONSTRUC770N Eludget Control Koyle's Classic Construction understands that a budget is the lifeblood of the project. One of the greatest ways that we have been able to manage budgets is ensuring that in the pre-construction phase we account for all the specifications that you as the client are needing/wanting. From our decades of work with our subcontractors, we have been able to build a relationship where pricing stays consistent and transparent. To help us keep all of this information organized we use the cloud based system Procore. This system allows us to keep a detailed list of what expenses there are in each phase of the project. This program not only gives us access to the information but will also allow for all stakeholders to be able to view construction manager costs, subcontractor estimates, design fees, and any other project costs. To go along with Procore, we have our owners and supervisors reviewing the budget weekly. This is done to ensure that the project is staying on schedule and budget. a HOUda y 11 Express -- - W W &.Suites— - ® W liY - ■ l7mr` W _ r > Schedu ng ,, At Koyle's Classic Construction we understand that maintaining a construction schedule is very crucial to the project. We use Microsoft Projects to build and create an effective schedule, assign tasks to each construction team, and to track the progress of the project. We then upload the information to Pro Core construction management software - for all of our construction staff to access at any point they will need it. A - - _ -- master schedule will be developed with input from all of the project team members. We will share with all subcontractors early on to help. Schedules will be updated to reflect as work is completed and any changes that may occur. Our teams will also share daily logs on the progress of the project once a week with you to ensure you are always kept in the loop of the project status. Building projects done for Gibby Group include the office we are in today, swine facilities, farm shops, and housing and office spaces at our dairy to name a few. They have been reliable, quick to respond and have treated us fair with pricing for their services. Brent's years of experience have been helpful to us with bringing experience to assist in design and engineering of the many projects we have done. My husband and I hired Koyle's to construct a two-phase building that would first serve as a medical office and later be converted to a home. The process began in 2018 with a completion date of May 1, 2019. The location is 32 S 150 E, Burley, Idaho. Throughout the project, KCC consistently impressed us with their technical knowledge, professionalism, and in- tegrity. They were a reliable and proactive partner, effectively coordinating with other contractors and suppliers to ensure the project stayed on track, which was extremely important to us as we had a firm date that we had to have the new office opened. Because of the unique nature of the project (first an office, then a home),we were very involved in the floor plan and design. It was important to pre-plan for the second phase in order to minimize conversion costs later. I personally worked with most all of the managers and crews they assigned to the project and found them all to be very professional and responsive. Communication is always a key factor in the success of any project. I could count on Brent Koyle (and his employees) to respond to my calls and texts. It has been six years since we opened the office, and we still get compliments every week on how beautiful the building is. In addition to completing the project, we have since made some additions/adjustments, and have found the same excellent service. We also have been impressed with how they stand behind their work and have taken care of minor things that have come up. Koyle's Classic Construction would be a valuable asset to any project they take on. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you require additional information.
