Once established, the schedule transforms into a vital tool for effectively communicating expectations, formulating weekly planners, monitoring long-lead procurement items, and overseeing overall project progress. Petra's Project Managers and Superintendents collaborate closely with all stakeholders to develop a project schedule that aligns seamlessly with our clients'goals. This schedule will mirror the most logical sequences,in accordance with anticipated timelines,to optimize construction and cost efficiency. I have been involved in the development and operations side of the storage industry for many years and have worked with numerous construction partners across the country. Petra has consistently demonstrated a high level of performance, particularly in their expertise with pre-engineered metal building(PEMB)systems. Their knowledge and execution of PEMB structures have been evident on both the U-Haul Storage of Hill Field and U-Haul Storage of Murray projects. At Hill Field, Petra delivered a complex 145,500 square foot ground-up facility that included a three-level climate-controlled building housing 1,329 storage units and a showroom,a U-Box warehouse with a loading dock, and a 34-stall RV and boat storage canopy. All structures utilized pre-engineered metal components. The team coordinated seamlessly with our vendors and ensured that all structural elements were installed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The Murray project, while smaller in scope, was no less important. Petra completed the addition of a 134'x 226' U-Box warehouse totaling 30,390 square feet with the same level of precision and commitment.Their deep familiarity with PEMB systems allowed for smooth integration of the new structure into our existing operations, minimizing disruption while maximizing value. Beyond their technical capabilities,Petra's team shines in both preconstruction and construction execution.Their early involvement in cost estimating, value engineering, and scheduling helped keep each project on track. In the field, their project leadership ensured quality control, safety, and proactive communication. I am a Senior Facilities Project Manager and licensed architect for Idaho Power. I have had the pleasure of working with both Mike and Buddy on several projects in the Twin Falls area over the past five years. I was introduced to Stanley Associates in early 2017 as they were awarded the construction contract for a$4M operations center. Since then, I have contracted with their company to perform well over 20 additional projects, each to which have been a success for Idaho Power. I am currently working with Mike and his team to complete a material laydown yard in Twin Falls and have every intention of having Stanley Associates perform work for Idaho Power in the future. Mike Snodgrass is an exceptional individual with a very realistic and professional approach to construction. He and Buddy Bryant bring extensive knowledge to the table with regards to construction means and methods, an emphasis on attention to detail and understanding the needs of the client. Their relationships with subcontractors have allowed me to complete projects ahead of schedule and without the need of call backs for punchlist items. It is with a high degree of confidence that I can recommend Stanley Associates for any of your construction needs. If I can be of additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me at 208.602.3516 SiacQrcly,r,_.-- f a, tmilinson Sr. Pr(jecl manager, Facilities 171 w irLil'rn yl 19 l'7D?,) I'.O.Rnx 76 P E T RA Statement of Qualifications to Provide CM/GC Services for: City of Twin Falls NERAL I ONTRACTORS Twin Falls Animal Shelter Expansion Date Prepared:09.30.25 42
