Developer agrees to request in writing thza the City Engineer and any other required
department of the City make ':.he follosai no, inspections and to not proceed with construction
until the required insect'cn is coT.plete and thc: -,fork has been approved in writing by the
City Engineer or his au:hcrizad ins-cec.tor. P.11 such insne:etions shall be scheduled fifteen
(15) days prior to beginning %,7ork and the req.asL for an inspectioni shall. be made one
working day bef:o:e caie required inspection. Developer agrees co apply all costs resulting
from his failure -co properly schedule and ioqueso a requi.ed inspection or from proceeding
with work before recei-vi_nu approval to proceed. Developer agrees to remove or correct any
rejected, unapproved or defective work or materials all as required by the City Engineer.
Required inspections shall include: 1) approval of all materials before inspection;
