WHEREAS, An Improvement Deferral Agreement was filed by Diane Brown for
property located at 361 7`h Avenue N., RPT00010220010, with the Twin Falls County
Recorder on September 10, 2010, as Instrument No. 2010-018162; and,
WHEREAS, the required construction of public improvements has been
completed to the satisfaction of the City of Twin Falls.
NOW, THEREFORE, The City of Twin Falls hereby declares satisfaction of the
required public improvements, and releases the property from any further claims by the
City regarding the public improvements referred to in said Improvement Deferral
Agreement. The Recorder of said County is hereby authorized and directed to discharge the
same on the record thereof.
