NOW, THEREFORE, The City of Twin Falls hereby declares satisfaction of the required public improvements, and releases the property from any further claims by the City regarding the public improvements referred to in said Improvement Deferral Agreement. The Recorder of said County is hereby authorized and directed to discharge the same on the record thereof.
