Let's try this again—I've worked it out with Neil and our next possible day we can coordinate this would
be Sunday, May 18.We'd probably be to St. Luke's around 11:45, give or take, since we'll be having a staff
meeting right beforehand. Does this work for everyone?

I apologize but we will have to reschedule for a different day--too many of our staff were unable to
attend on the 27th, and we won't have drivers for the vans to do the photo op. I'm working with my ops
manager to coordinate a different day and will keep you posted.

Hey Kylie,
I have Josh included in this email so we're all on the same page for the media outreach once we're ready
to move forward. I've attached the draft of the press release I wrote just so you can have an idea of what
I'm thinking. However you'd like to loop in St. Luke's media folks,just let me know.
I'd like to ask for permission to send a few vans over to the main hospital building on Sunday,April 27th,
at approximately 11:30 to Noon. I'm pulling the drivers for an all-hands meeting that day, and after, I'd
like to swing over to St. Luke's so we can get some nice vanity shots of the vans in front of the hospital for
the social media posts, and to give to the press when they inevitably ask for courtesy photos. Could you
approve this, or put in the request on your end so we aren't getting into any trouble by showing up
unannounced?
I think that covers everything I have for our media stuff at the moment, so let me know your thoughts and
we can figure out what we want to do from here.
