Hello Mandi,
This is confirmation we have received your JAN-MARCH INVOICE request for reimbursement
and it will be submitted for payment July 1. Also, our financial dept is closed during the month
of June, and Shauna says she does have your RTAP reimbursement requests and will process
them when we can send things to financial services again. She also said, if you are missing
anything or need any records she would be glad to send them.

So sorry it took so long to get back to you, I was travelling last week and getting and sending email is sometimes
challenging. I'm sorry to hear you will have additional duties for a short while, but you've been so helpful so far with the

Good morning,
You may already be aware, but Maxine is no longer employed by the City of Twin Falls. Her resignation was effective
Saturday,June 14. Until we can conduct a recruitment effort to refill her position, I will be assuming her duties. In
working with our HR department, I hope we will be able to fill the position by October. If you have any questions, please
feel free to call me. I look forward to working with you all more closely and we continue to operate Ride TFT and
navigate the transition to FTA funding.
