Owner Representatives Present: Wendy Davis, Parks and Recreation Director; Chance Munns,
Parks Superintendent; Nibardo Orozco, Parks Supervisor; Elois Joseph, Parks and Recreation
Project Coordinator; Jon Leazer, Electrician; Jonathan Spendlove, Planning and Zoning Director;
Mark Thomson, Public Works Supervisor.
Attendance List: Micheal Metcalf, Kimberly Nurseries; Steven Paulsen, Living Earth/Native
Roots; Ryan Muchow, Windsor's Nursery; Chris Hayes, Hayes Construction; Craig Stringer, ARS.
The meeting commenced at approximately 2:03 p.m.
The following items were discussed:
• Bid is for the total project, with the exception of the Fitness Area and the Entry
monument.
• Completion date is scheduled for May 2025.
• Restroom is already owned, will be installed by CXT certified representative
• Owner is working with Idaho Power for access to power for restroom.
• Owner has access to synthetic turf; however, the bid must include pricing for synthetic
turf and can be discussed at a later stage.
• Access to site to be described in an addendum.
• Questions regarding site closure and public access.
o Site will be closed for project; trail must remain accessible.
• Access to site will be main gravel path. Discussion ensued regarding expanding a portion
of the path to allow ease of access for larger equipment.
• Picnic tables will be provided and placed by owner.
• Bench specifications will be provided in an addendum.
• Fenceline has potable water, no pressurized irrigation.
• Building permits will be waived.
• Survey of layout must be provided by contractor
• Owner does not have access to gravel.
