Addendum 1
A) Sheet C100 not included in original package.
B) Parking lot to be total replacement but maintain public access to
the trail system during construction.
C) Construction access NOT granted through private south entrance
at this time.
D) City plans to acquire land between Poleline Road E. and north side
of current access drive. Until title is transferred,vehicles must use
current access drive. Modifications such as road base may be
added to accommodate some equipment.
E) CXT will transport and place restroom only. Contractor to bid
electrical, plumbing and water service lines and building
connections.
F) City will waive all permit fees required by City Building and Safety
Department.
G) Construction survey to be provided by contractor
H) Bench footings to be 12"diameter to 24"depth, bench height set to
16" level over finished surface.
1) Picnic tables provided and placed by owner
J) Irrigation water will be on Potable system
K) Owner responsible for taps.
Q Fitness Area Implements and surface not included in bid. Owner to
procure separately.
M) Entry Monument not included in bid. Owner to procure separately.
