RE: ADDENDUM #1
TO THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TWIN FALLS TRANSPORTATION PLAN
I have received several questions and will share those with the corresponding answers:
1. The RFP and notification on the City's website list two different due dates for the proposal
submittal. Can you clarify if the due date for the proposal submittal is Thursday, June 23 @ 5
PM or Friday, June 24 @ 5 PM? The RFP will be open until June 24th.
2. The RFP lists three evaluation criteria.The total percentage of the three criteria sum to 90%.
Can you let us know if there is another evaluation criteria that makes up the other 10%? The
evaluation criterion will be modified. Criteria 22 and Criteria 3 will be 1596, each of the score. This
should bring the sum to 100916.
3. Do the cover, section dividers, and back cover count in the 15 page limit? The dividers and
covers are not included in the page count.
4. Who is part of the evaluation team that will score the proposals for the City? The evaluation
team will be a member of Council, a Deputy City Manager, the City Engineer, another member of the
Engineering department, the Public Works Director and at least one other Department Manager(from
Planning&Zoning, Airport, Parks 7 Rec, Streets and/or Police).
5. The current travel demand model is in QRS II. If so, can you provide us with a copy of the
QRS II model? We can provide what we have for the travel demand model. The selected consultant
can propose an alternate model and/or augment the existing data.
6. How many copies of the proposal do we need to submit? Please provide Shard copies
7 Do you need an electronic copy of the proposal? Please provide an electronic copy on a thumb
drive or in an email to jfields@ffild,org.
