These correction must be completed in a timely manner and field reviewed for compliance prior to acceptance by the City of Twin Falls. EASTLAND DR: 1. Complete all onsite Landscaping and sprinklers. 2. Complete Water Retention Pond per plans. 3. Trim Pine trees to back of sidewalk and 7' in height at 758 and 748 Eastland 4. Repair pump house roof and remove debris at bottom. 5. Remove and replace asphalt on Stadium. 6. Complete relocation of all mailboxes. 7. Sweep and Wash down project. GENERAL NOTES: 1. Backfill all sidewalk and curb as needed or marked. 2. Asphalt testing must be completed by this office 3. The Owner is responsible for any future damage to the improvements until accepted by this office. When items are completed you must call this office to schedule a FINAL WALK. These changes are: 1. The performing platform floor system was modified to consist of 2 x 4 at 12" O.C. , spanning 5 ' (multiple span) . This was done to provide a 5 ' wide storage space for chairs and tables beneath the plat- form. The floor will support a live load of approximately 120 psf. 2. The beam over the platform entrance consists of a 48" deep built-up plywood beam in place of the designated laminated beam. The beam far exceeds that required. The beam only carries the ceiling joists and primarily provides the fascia for the opening. 3. All perimeter walls were constructed of 2 x 6 , 16" O.C. with 5/8 plywood sheathing. This exceeds that specified on the plans. The inspectors have questioned the removal of the cable cross bracing in the two east bays and one bay on the south and north. This bracing has been replaced with solid masonry wall at the bottom 8 feet and the 2 x 6 stud wall from the masonry to the haunch. This was done in every exterior bay and the interior beam line. This has added considerable rigidity to the buildings.
