CORE has advised Travelers and Liberty of their desire to perform construction services for your captioned
project.Travelers has enjoyed a relationship with CORE for over 40 years. During our relationship we have
provided any bid, performance and payment bonds that they have required.We have bonded significant
individual projects for CORE and they are certainly qualified to perform contracts such as yours, as they
have bonding capacity of$300 million per single project and $3 billion in the aggregate.This is not to be
construed to be a maximum, but rather working parameters. CORE has always met their contractual

During preconstruction, we will develop a comprehensive Master Safety Plan specific to your Vista Bonita Park
Expansion project. All Trade Partners providing goods and services on the project will be required to participate
in a mandatory preconstruction Safety Meeting. During this meeting, there will be a detailed presentation
of the Master Safety Plan outlining individual requirements. All Trade Partners are contractually required to
indicate their written understanding of and agreement with the Master Safety Plan prior to starting their
construction activities.

Our team believes a project schedule should include a high level of detail. CORE will create a Master Schedule
which contains all the activities, relationships, and milestones that will allow us to "drill-down" and create other
specific schedules we use as tools throughout the project. From the Master Schedule we are also able to derive
a Milestone Schedule that helps to identify leading indicators of schedule slippage. Due to the level of detail
that is put into the Master Schedule, at any point during the project we are able to break out other schedule
types to help us keep the project on track.

SCOPE: The Athletic Fields and district-wide site improvements project was completed for the Chinle Unified
School District—the largest school district in the Navajo Nation. The project involved adding hardscape features
such as batting cages, dugouts, scoreboards, and bleachers to the existing baseball, softball, and football fields.
Furthermore, the existing asphalt was removed and replaced with concrete on the access road and parking
lot. As part of the project, CORE carried out significant site work throughout the district campus, replacing
the existing asphalt with concrete paving. These upgrades have significantly improved the functionality and
aesthetics of the campus and athletic facilities, providing an enhanced experience for students, staff, and
visitors.

SCOPE: The Moana Springs Community Aquatics and Fitness Center, constructed for the City of Reno, stands
as a beacon of wellness and recreation in Reno, NV. This cutting-edge, 50,000-square-foot facility redefines
community fitness and aquatic experiences. The facility was built in two meticulously planned phases. The
project began with comprehensive site work, new parking lots, and utility installations, culminating in the
construction of a state-of-the-art aquatics and fitness center. This vibrant hub features two indoor pools, a
world-class 50-meter competition pool, a versatile multiuse pool, a 5,000-square-foot fitness center, and a
tranquil outdoor soaking pool. It was constructed on a concrete footings foundation with a precast concrete
and structural steel frame.The center features an exterior comprised of structural steel, precast panels, curtain

The William N.Pennington Moana Springs Community Aquatics&Fitness Center is a newly constructed
recreational facility located at 240 W.Moana Lane,Reno,Nevada. Owned and operated by the City of
Reno,it was officially opened and dedicated on September 3,2024. It is a two story 52,000 square-
foot facility that will provide fitness,recreation,meeting space and competitive aquatic opportunities
for the residents of the City of Reno,Washoe County,Northern Nevada and beyond. This is the fourth
iteration of aquatic facilities on this historic site. The achievement was made possible by the expertise
and dedication of CORE Construction.
CORE Construction was selected as Construction Manager-at-Risk for the Moana Springs Community
Aquatics&Fitness Center project. This was the first project completed by the City of Reno using the
CMAR procurement method. Following the success of this project,CMAR has become the City's
