SPECIAL USE PERMIT
Permit No. PZ24-0085
Granted by the Twin Falls City Council, as presented, on September 16, 2024, to In-N-Out Burgers whose
address is 13502 Hamburger Ln for the purpose of Request to Appeal the Planning and Zoning Commission's
decision regarding Special Use Permit PZ24-0047 to allow drive-thru services and extended hours of operation
on property located at 1965 Blue Lakes Blvd. N. and legally identified with the following Parcel
I D:R PT06190010080.
The Commission has attached the following conditions which must be fully implemented to avoid permit
revocation (City Code Section 10-13-2.3):
1. Subject to site plan amendments as required by Building, Engineering, Fire and Zoning Officials to comply
with applicable City Codes and standards.
2. Subject to local public roads, including Neilson Point Place, not being detrimentally impacted by excessive
traffic volumes directly attributable to this business.
3. Subject to the opening plan going through the City of Twin Falls Special Event Permit process to ensure
adequate public safety access to the surrounding area during the grand opening phase of operations.

required. All facilities must comply with all Building and Fire Code Regulations.
