The Commission has attached the following conditions which must be fully implemented to avoid permit revocation (City Code Section 10-13-2.3): 1. Subject to site plan amendments as required by Building, Engineering, Fire and Zoning Officials to comply with applicable City Codes and standards. 2. Subject to local public roads, including Neilson Point Place, not being detrimentally impacted by excessive traffic volumes directly attributable to this business. 3.
