We have a copy of the plans you submitted to our office for a residential building permit.,
We are required to hold these plans for six months after the date of completion of the
structure. This six-month period has expired, and this letter is to inform you that you
may come in to the Building Department and pick up these plans or we will dispose of
them by April 19, 2003. The site plan that was submitted with these plans will be saved
for future reference by the Building Department.
