HomeMy WebLinkAboutUnavailable Information In reviewing the record request on 7/8/2025 8:11:50 AM, it has come to our attention that we are not in possession of a report or record of that nature. In order to better process this request or locate records that pertain to the requested documents, please provide further information that may help narrow the scope of the search in order to locate the intended documents. You may call or email the department that may have the information to better understand what records may exist pertaining to this request. There are no closing documents on file for Mina Sabic at 219 Tyler Street or Lisa Barnhart at 195 Tyler Street. Additionally, there is no claim acknowledgment correspondence from ICRMP for these files, unlike the documentation we typically receive from Travelers. The tort claim submitted by Attorney Sam Beus on behalf of Rachel Scheele at 245 Harrison Street remains open. This review process took longer than anticipated due to the loss of access to the ICRMP portal, which previously allowed for quick lookups. As a result, I had to manually open and review each tort claim folder and file from 2020 through 2023 to determine whether the claims involved sewer or water infrastructure damage. Four videos need to be added to the request. They can be found here: N:\PublicWorks\Water and Sewer\Legal\McGhee-Scheele PRR\Videos. IT will insert these videos into the request. NOTICE: PURSUANT TO IDAHO CODE§74-115 YOU HAVE 180 DAYS TO APPEAL THIS DECISION BY FILING A PETITION IN STATE DISTRICT COURT IN THE COUNTY WHERE ALL OR PART OF THE RECORDS ARE LOCATED
