jpuente Received call that the resident(Sharon)(702)755-8992 was having a sewer backup. 4/19/2021 6:24:54PM
Arrived and checked upstream manhole(lamp well)and there was no sewer present,
went to next manhole and there appeared to be some flow. Proceeded to jet the line,
about half way up the line the jet was stopped and I was able to get past it.About 20
feet later the jet was stopped again, and again one last time about 30ish feet past that.
Made it to the end of line and began bringing it back. Got stopped a total of about 5x in
various spots. Was able to finally get it all the way back and the flow did not appear to
increase any after the cleaning. I then called the resident and informed them that I did
hit a blockage but flow did not increase. They were still having issues with their toilets
not draining, said it had only backed up in the garage and had not caused any damage.
