Hi Sean, We don't maintain a backlog of every complaint, especially as far back as 2020, but hopefully, I can help you understand our process and why we have traffic signals, stop, or yield signs at some locations but not at other locations. When reviewing requests and complaints for traffic signals, stop, or yield signs, we follow the manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) -the Federal standard governing all traffic control devices. The City of Twin Falls uses the manual in combination with data such as traffic counts, speed surveys, and accident reports to determine whether a traffic control device is warranted. The factors we consider include: -What is the posted speed limit -What are the traffic volumes -What is the last five-year accident history -What is the number of vehicle lanes -What are the pedestrian volumes -What is the distance from the nearest controlled interaction -What is the roadway geometry -What does the intersection lighting look like This process allows consistent, data-driven decisions for traffic-related improvements. If you provide a more specific location, I'd be happy to check our records and share the information we have. -Robin NOTICE: PURSUANT TO IDAHO CODE§74-115 YOU HAVE 180 DAYS TO APPEAL THIS DECISION BY FILING A PETITION IN STATE DISTRICT COURT IN THE COUNTY WHERE ALL OR PART OF THE RECORDS ARE LOCATED
