To whom it may concern:
On December 4, 2017, a Building Permit was secured for the construction of a cover over existing deck
located at 642 Oak St, Twin Falls, ID 83301.
This letter is to serve as a Certificate of Completion that the cover was constructed under and in conformity
with the 2012 International Residential Building Code, as adopted by the City of Twin Falls and per Twin
Falls City Zoning Code.
***Please note, any alteration in the future is the responsibility of the owner and will require the purchase
of another building permit.
