DCOOK Tved going upstream. 8"conc line. Started inspection C3-136. Saw a few areas with 4/15/2025 2:09:19PM
roots in them. also a couple of taps with roots. Didn't have to many problems getting
past the roots.The blockage I was looking for must be in the downstream line and not
the upstream line.
