212-1222 washed a load of laundry last night when she noticed water backing up in her
tub. Called on the ball plumbing and they came out and snaked her line 175 ft 4x and
could not clear the blockage. She then called us this morning. Upon arriving there was
no standing water in manhole C4-120 and water was flowing throught C4-119.While
jetting the line the jet was stopped temporarily at about 500 ft upstream from manhole
C4-119, seemed to be a soft blockage of some sort, never did see anything in the
manhole that would indicate what caused the blockage.
