DCOOK inspected going upstream 8"conc line 334' long. Still a small amount of roots in the 1/14/2025 12:50:51PM
same area.The tap that was cut was not taken out of the line was still in the line. I
ended up getting the camera head stuck in it. So I tried to bring it back with the
camera. It fell off so I tried to get it again. No luck at getting it out. I did push it all the
way to the next manhole and finish the inspection.Aggregate missing throughout the
line.
