cwatson Ran tap cutter through line on 1/13/2025 from manhole C3-247. Hit obstruction around 1/13/2025 2:45:21 PM
45'and quickly broke through. Ran all the way out to 120', retracted to 30'and ran the
cutter out again to 60'. Did not feel any resistance on second run so pulled out and left.
Will await follow up camera inspection for verification.
