Granted by the Twin Falls City Planning and Zoning Commission, as presented, on Tuesday, March 26, 2024,to
Kevin Bradshaw whose address is 1193 Eastridge CIR for the purpose to construct triplex buildings on property
located at 592 and 600 Jackson ST, and legally identified with the following Parcel ID:RPT4221000001F and
RPT4221000001C.
The Commission has attached the following conditions which must be fully implemented to avoid permit
revocation(City Code Section 10-13-2.3):
1. Approval of this zoning request does not preclude the applicant from obtaining the required permits
and/or licenses needed to complete the project.
2. Subject to site plan amendments as required by Building, Engineering, Fire and Zoning Officials to comply
with applicable City Codes and Standards.
