A change of use would require a new certificate of occupancy.
If tenant and use stay the same no new Certificate of Occupancy is required.
Zoning verification letter would come from the planning and zoning dept if one exists.
No record of violation found at this time.
If they are wanting an official Zoning verification letter they will need to fill out the application
online and send payment.
