added to any balance due to the end of 30 days at the annual rate of 18%.In the event this account is referred to an attorney for
collection,the customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney fee's and court cost due to collection.We appreciate your confidence

litigation,all reasonable costs of such litigation and a reasonable attorneys's fees as fixed by court.If any suit or action is
instituted under this agreement,all parties agree to submit to jurisdiction and venue in the state and county of the company or
their assignee's discretion.
